Madeline
Madeline is the founder and owner of Pippi's and Cincinnati native with a passion for creating looks that are both intentional and enduring. Behind the chair, she specializes in high-impact blonding and dimensional color.
In addition, Madeline is a member of the Shokunin Clik session and education team, where she contributes to advanced education and mentorship for stylists.
Through Shokunin Clik, she works alongside her mentor, Joseph DiMaggio, and his team on fashion week circuits, further expanding her understanding of technique, mindset and artistry. She is also proud to be part of introducing RICA, a beautiful Sicilian haircare brand, to the United States.

With more than 20 years of experience, including over 15 years in Los Angeles luxury salons, Beth is known for her collaborative approach with each client experience, her meticulous attention to detail and eye for shape, movement, and longevity. Throughout her career, she has also built extensive experience in education and backstage work, while developing expertise in both precision and textured cutting and multi-dimensional color.
Beth has a way of making whomever sits in her chair feel right at home.

A recent graduate from Aveda’s Cosmetology program, Lucy is committed to continuing education and staying up to date on the latest trends and techniques. Behind the chair, Lucy enjoys dimensional color, smoothing treatments (coming soon!) and soft-layered haircutting. She is excited to continue building her skills while welcoming both new and returning guests into her chair at Pippi’s.

Joey is a student at Paul Mitchell (Cincinnati), and an apprentice at Pippi’s where he is refining his craft through hands-on education, 1:1 mentorship, and advanced training. Joey will be accepting model appointments Summer of 2027.

A recent graduate from Aveda's Cosmetology program, and a genuine passion for hospitality, Abby is dedicated to creating thoughtful experiences for every guest she welcomes into her chair. Through 1:1 mentorship and advanced education in the latest techniques, Abby is continuing to refine her craft as an emerging stylist.

Stylist
Pippi's is pleased to welcome Kyle to our team! Drawing on experience across a range of professional color lines, Kyle brings a colorist's eye to every service. Kyle specializes in soft dimensional color/highlights, seamless balayage, custom dimensional vivids, as well as experience within extensions. Kyle communicates clearly with each client to align on their goals and enjoys working collaboratively behind the chair with the rest of the team to ensure a seamless experience.
