Madeline

Madeline is the founder and owner of Pippi's and Cincinnati native with a passion for creating hair that is both intentional and enduring. Behind the chair, she specializes in high-impact blonding, dimensional color, and long, textured cutting.

In addition, Madeline is a member of the Shokunin Clik session and education team, where she contributes to advanced education and mentorship for stylists around the world.

Through Shokunin Clik, she works alongside her mentor, Joseph DiMaggio, and his team on fashion week circuits, further expanding her understanding of technique, mindset and artistry. She is also proud to be part of introducing RICA, a Sicilian professional haircare brand, to the United States.

With more than 20 years of experience, including over 15 years in Los Angeles luxury salons, Beth is known for her collaborative approach with each client experience, her meticulous attention to detail and eye for shape, movement, and longevity. Over the years, Beth has developed expertise in precision cutting and multidimensional color.

Wetherill

A recent graduate from Aveda’s Cosmetology program, Lucy is committed to continuing education and staying up to date on the latest trends and techniques. Behind the chair, Lucy enjoys dimensional color, smoothing treatments, and customized highlighting services. She is excited to continue building her skills while welcoming both new and returning guests into her chair at Pippi’s.
